However, seeking new challenges, he transitioned into property management, starting by overseeing apartment communities across multiple states. Over time, this evolved into building entire apartment communities, where he successfully operated a company for several years.

Not one to shy away from change, Chris shifted focus once again, this time into custom home building. With a passion for creating beautiful and functional living spaces, he spent several years building homes that reflect quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Most recently, he ventured into the world of home flipping and renovation, partnering with longtime friend Robyn Anshell to bring innovative designs and high-quality renovations to the market. Together, they’ve built a reputation for transforming properties into stunning homes. Through these varied experiences, Chris has honed a unique skill set in real estate development, construction, and home renovation, always with a focus on creating spaces that people love to live in.
